Kengroo Talent Terms

These Talent Terms ("Talent Terms") govern access to and use of Kengroo by candidates, professionals, and other individuals seeking to build a profile, be matched with opportunities, or be introduced to employers through Kengroo ("Talent," "you," or "your").

These Talent Terms supplement Kengroo's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By creating a talent account or otherwise using Kengroo as a candidate, you agree to these Talent Terms.

1. About Kengroo for Talent

Kengroo is a curated marketplace that reviews your profile, matches you with relevant engineering opportunities, and introduces you to employers only with your approval.

Kengroo is not your employer, agent, or representative unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, and does not guarantee that any opportunity, introduction, interview, or offer will result from your use of Kengroo.

2. Your Account and Profile

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating or maintaining your Kengroo profile.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Kengroo curates and may edit, summarize, or decline to publish submitted profile information at its discretion, and may request additional information to verify or complete a profile before publishing it.

3. How Introductions Work

Kengroo does not share your identifying profile information with an employer, or make an introduction on your behalf, without your approval.

You control whether to proceed with any introduction Kengroo proposes, and may decline any opportunity at any time.

4. No Cost to Talent

Kengroo is free for talent. You will never be charged to join Kengroo, build a profile, be matched with an opportunity, be introduced to an employer, or be hired through Kengroo.

Kengroo is compensated by employers, not by candidates, under separately disclosed commercial terms.

5. Conduct

You agree not to misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or experience, or to use Kengroo to circumvent an introduction in order to avoid an employer's obligations to Kengroo.

Kengroo may restrict or suspend your account when reasonably necessary to protect employers, other talent, Kengroo, or the integrity of the platform.

6. No Guarantee of Placement

Kengroo does not guarantee that you will be matched with any opportunity, introduced to any employer, interviewed, or hired.

Employers, not Kengroo, make all hiring decisions.

7. Term and Termination

You may stop using Kengroo or request deletion of your profile at any time, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Kengroo may suspend or terminate your access for conduct inconsistent with these Talent Terms or Kengroo's Terms of Use.

8. Additional Terms

These Talent Terms incorporate Kengroo's general Terms of Use, including applicable provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, governing law, and other general legal terms.

If there is a conflict between these Talent Terms and the general Terms of Use regarding your use of Kengroo as a candidate, these Talent Terms control.
