Kengroo is an early-stage marketplace. This policy describes how we currently handle information submitted through this site; it will be expanded as Kengroo grows.

What we collect

When you submit a hiring request, join the talent network, apply to an opportunity, or request an introduction, we collect the information included in that form — such as your name, email, company, role details, skills, and, if provided, your resume.

How we use it

We use this information to manually review and match companies with talent, to publish curated opportunities, and to follow up about relevant roles or candidates. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Talent Directory anonymity

Profiles shown in the public Talent Directory are anonymized. Your name, employer, resume, and contact details are never shown publicly and are only shared with a company once you and Kengroo agree to an introduction.

Data access

Submitted information is reviewed by Kengroo team members through a private, password-protected dashboard. Resumes are stored securely and are not publicly accessible.
